Machine description
The MSK RP 215 double-rip saw is used for cutting prisms and square timber into boards. The saw has the option of moving the upper shaft while the machine is running to align the upper and lower shafts for precise vertical overlap. The height of the shafts and pressure rollers is adjusted electromechanically. The cemented and hardened surface of the feed chain and pressure rollers ensures a long service life of the parts used. The machine is equipped with an automatic lubrication system. For easier replacement of cutting tools, the saw is equipped with a pneumatic shaft lock. Unique eccentric system for positioning the saw shafts during servicing.
