Why and where we use cookies?

Traffic statistics: so that we can determine, for our own needs and for the needs of our advertising partners, how many people have visited our website. This data is anonymous and provides us with excellent feedback on how people use our website so that we can improve its content. Do other entities use cookies on our website?

Our website may use cookies from other entities to measure traffic statistics. We may provide these anonymous statistics to our advertising partners in the case of advertising campaigns. If the website contains elements associated with the Facebook social network, these elements use cookies to provide better feedback for you (e.g., information about your friends who have put “like” the same thing as you, and so on).

Your web browser or device may offer settings that allow you to enable or disable the use of cookies and delete them. For more information about these settings, please refer to the help section of your web browser or device. Some services on our site may not function properly if you disable the use of cookies.

Your rights in relation to personal data protection

You have a number of rights in relation to personal data protection. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us by email at: info@pilamsk.cz.

You have the right to information, which is already fulfilled by this information page with the principles of personal data processing.

Thanks to the right of access, you can contact us at any time and we will provide you with information within 30 days about what personal data we process and why.

If something changes or you find your personal data to be outdated or incomplete, you have the right to supplement and change your personal data.

You can exercise your right to restrict processing if you believe that we are processing your inaccurate data, you believe that we are processing it unlawfully, but you do not want to delete all the data, or if you object to the processing. You can restrict the scope of personal data or the purposes of processing. (For example, by unsubscribing from the newsletter, you restrict the purpose of processing for sending commercial communications).

Right to portability

If you would like to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed in the same way as when exercising the right of access – with the only difference being that we will provide you with the information in a machine-readable form. We need at least 30 days for this.

Right to erasure (to be forgotten)

Another right you have is the right to erasure (to be forgotten). We don’t want to forget you, but if you wish, you have the right to do so. In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, and, for example, we must keep records of issued tax documents for the period specified by law. In this case, we will delete all personal data that is not bound by another law. We will inform you by email when the deletion is complete.

Complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection

If you feel that we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection with your complaint at any time. We would be very grateful if you would first inform us of your concerns so that we can take action and rectify any mistakes.

Confidentiality

We would like to assure you that our employees, associates, and processors who will process your personal data are required to maintain confidentiality regarding personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would compromise the security of your personal data. Your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third party without your consent.
