Despite the temporary suspension of sawmill operations, we are purchasing all timber from small forest owners. If you are interested, please contact us.
Purchase of raw logs – resumption of the purchase and handling of coniferous raw logs at the Pila MSK, a.s. Velké Karlovice site from September 1, 2025.
From May 1, 2025, we are changing the length of purchased logs from 2.5 m + 5 cm oversize to 2.45 m + 5 cm oversize.
Wood produced with the original parameters (log length 2.5 m + 5 cm oversize) will be accepted until April 30, 2025.
No restriction on knots;
insect infestation;
discoloration and hard rot.
Weak and over-strength wood material above the above parameters;
excessive curvature;
soft rot;
overgrowth;
flaking cracks;
longitudinal drying cracks with a depth greater than 2 cm;
metal content.
